GIS Forever

We stand above all others, we shall not be outdone,

The GIS forever, we wear our badge with pride.

The lyrics are simple, straightforward and self-explanatory. The Song is to be appreciated in conjunction with the school badge since there is some reference to it. Other lines in the song also have significant meaning.

The torch of light refers to the Torch of Learning. It forms the spine of the book in the centre of the shield. With friends on either side refers to companions who have come from all over the world and who will always be there for you.

Although the School Song is relatively short and succinct, it embodies all its guiding principles in six meaningful lines. With such a stellar history, obviously all Garden International School students will ‘wear our badge with pride’!
