PEACE AND RACIAL HARMONY

Once upon a time, there was a village called KITA village. In the village there were many races like Chinese, Malays and Indians. At first the village was peaceful and there was no fight not until Mr. Arman came to the village.

Mr. Arman was an egoistic people. He doesn't like to spend time together with the villagers. Furthermore, he was very proud with his wealth. The people of that village were also very nauseated towards him.

One day, the high community of the village held a gotong royong activity. All the villagers were involved in the activity. They cleaned the village together to make sure that the village will always be clean and beautiful. Mr. Arman did not come for the cleaning up session.

Suddenly, while the villagers were busy cleaning up the village, some of them heard a shout for help. After that, they saw Mr. Arman's house was on fire.  He was in the house and could not come out. All the responsible villagers rushed towards Mr. Arman's house that was on fire.

They had tried to put out the fire. Rizal, the braviest teenager, rescued Mr Arman from the burning house. Luckily,Mr Arman was not injured badly, only small bruises. Finally, the fire was extinguished. Mr Arman was very thankful to the villagers for their help. He felt ashamed towards the villagers because he was very egoistic towards them before.

After the incident, all the villagers were always working hard together and helped each other. They realised that peace and racial harmony were very important in their life.

Hi, my friend farahnajihah!
Thank you for your example coming from our daily life. It looks so simple to live in peace but we very often don't do it.
Your story remember us that we have to feel equal with people, because "everyone is in need even of an ant" as a proverb says!
