Deposit
An equivalent of one term’s tuition fee is required as deposit.The amount is to be upgraded as tuition fees increase according to year level. It is refundable provided one term’s written notice of withdrawal is given in advance while the student is in school. The said notice must be received and acknowledged by the School on or prior to the commencement of the term the student will be withdrawn.

• Tuition Fee and Technology Fee are invoiced termly and payable upon commencement of each term
(3 terms per academic year).
• Cost of Books and Uniform are not included in the fees payable.
• Siblings are entitled to discounts on the Registration Fee:
2nd child at 10% discount, 3rd child at 20% discount, 4th and subsequent child at 30% discount.
• Siblings are entitled to discounts on the Tuition Fee. 3rd and subsequent child at 5% discount.
• Payments are to be made by Cheques or Bank Drafts to GARDEN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SDN BHD.

Garden International School reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions herein from time totime as it sees fit.

Modes of Payment

Payment for all fees are possible with the following methods:

Pay to GARDEN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SDN BHD

Cheques or Banker’s Draft should be drawn from a bank in Malaysia. No alterations are allowed on a cheque and please remember to sign it !

Cash in Ringgit Malaysia

We do not encourage cash payments for security reasons. Upon obtaining cash from the bank, you may request for a Banker’s Draft. Nonetheless, if unavoidable, please pay at the Fee Collection office in the Admissions Department. It is open on Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 4.30 pm. Receipts are issued immediately.
