Fly High, Dream Big

Fly High, Dream BigWhen exclusive magazine Tatler wanted to collaborate and feature some of our exceptional students and alumni, a wave of excitement hit. Why shouldn’t we celebrate the inspiring achievements of those within our GIS community? After all, when you have such talent amongst a group of people, it really is something to share!

Fly High, Dream Big

We know that what makes GIS unique and so special is the diverse range and breadth of talents, passions and achievements of our students and alumni. It’s not just about being a straight A student; we care about so much more. The title of our most recent feature in Tatler sums this up perfectly: Fly High, Dream Big, reminding everyone within our community that you really can achieve what you set out to, and that GIS will support you every step of the way!

A Talented Trio

Featured in this month’s Tatler article are three students with very different successes to celebrate. Isaac, now in Year 7, was featured for his mathematical prowess; Serena, who is on her way to Stanford having recently been awarded 4 A* at A Level, shared how, inspired by her own hearing loss experience, started her own social enterprise ‘Sign for Malaysia’ and Eidan, Year 7, spoke of his golfing achievements, most notably his second placing at the US Kids Golf World Championship.

Thank you Serena, Isaac and Eidan for sharing your stories! We are sure that you will feel as inspired as we do by their achievements.
