Ian Chan, Year 10 – GIS Spotlight | Blog

Tell us about your passion.
I have a real passion for debate. I love the feeling of walking away from an argument having won it.

What do you aspire to be when you grow up?
A neurosurgeon.

Share with us your biggest/proudest achievement in life so far.
I was chosen to do the new head of secondary selection event. I was part of a team that was made up of only one student leader per year group.

What makes you happy?
Trying my best no matter what, whether it is academic or extracurricular makes me happy.

What is the best part of studying in GIS?
I feel that the pastoral side of our learning is the best part of studying in GIS. It makes sure that we are not only good in terms of our academic but also with our lives as a whole.
