URBAN Sketching Workshop with Artist Ch’ng Kiah Kiean

Open to GIS parents and secondary school students only

Learn how to further your sketching skills in a workshop of Urban Sketching. Participants will how to use different drawing techniques in the studio and taking trips to sketch the environment around KL in this exciting weekend workshop. learn how to leave empty space in their sketch creatively.

Date: 11th & 12th March 2017

Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm (Day 1) and 9:00am – 12:00pm (Day 2)

Venue: Garden International School and places in KL

Fee: RM150 per person (Payment is by cash only. Please make payment to the artist during the workshop)

Closing Date: Extended to Friday, 10th March 2017 or when seats are full, whichever comes first

About the Presenter

Ch’ng Kiah Kiean was born in 1974 in George Town, Penang. He was trained in architecture from Universiti Sains Malaysia and loves art, design and photography. He is a blog correspondent of Urban Sketchers and also one of the founders of Urban Sketchers Penang. He published Sketchers of Pulo Pinang in 2009 and Line-line Journey in 2011.
