(The following Terms & Conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions governing enrolment and admission as stated on the Application for Admission form)

- The Parent Referral Programme is open to current parents of Garden International School and is designed to thank families for recommending the School to others.
- This programme is valid for new enrolments into Garden International School until further notice.
- A new enrolment is defined as a student enrolling for the first time at Garden International School, who is not a sibling of a current student or a returning student.
- This programme does not apply in the following circumstances:
(a) where the application is submitted through a registered education agent, in which case the application will be deemed an agent-led enrolment; and
(b) where the new enrolment arises from an internal transfer from any other school within the Taylor’s Schools group. - To qualify for the programme, the Parent Referral Programme form must be submitted before the referred student’s application to Garden International School.
- The Referrer will only be eligible for referral rewards at the school where their children are enrolled.
- Under this program, the Referrer will receive a token of appreciation of RM3,000 for each child successfully enrolled at Garden International School. This reward will be applied as a credit toward the Referrer’s school invoice for the subsequent term.
- The referral reward will only be issued after the new student has successfully completed one full academic term at Garden International School.
- The Referrer will not be entitled to the referral reward if the reference details provided are incomplete, incorrect or invalid, as determined by the School.
- The referral reward is non-transferable.
- Employees of the Taylor’s Education Group are not eligible to participate in this programme.
- Any tax or other liabilities payable to the government or any statutory authority arising from the referral reward will be the responsibility of the Referrer.
- The School reserves the right to disqualify the Referrer from the Parent Referral Programme if any fraudulent activity is identified in relation to the referral reward.
- In the event that two Referrers refer the same child, the School will have the sole and final discretion in determining the eligible Referrer. Only one referral reward is payable per new student enrolment.
- Where the referred family submits their application within six (6) months from the date the Referrer submits the Parent Referral Programme form, the new family will be entitled to a 100% waiver of the application fee and a 50% discount on the registration fee, subject to the School’s prevailing terms and conditions. The Application Fee is payable upon submission of an application to the School. If the application is successful, the School will issue a Letter of Offer to the parents outlining the applicable fee rebates and discounts, which will be deducted from the total payable fees.
- Garden International School reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Parent Referral Programme at any time without notice or liability.
