Deposit
An equivalent of one term’s tuition fee is required as a deposit. The amount is to be upgraded as tuition fees increase according to year level. It is refundable provided one term’s written a notice of withdrawal is given in advance while the student is in school. The said notice must be received and acknowledged by the School on or prior to the commencement of the term the student will be withdrawn.   1. Tuition Fee and Technology Fee are invoiced termly and payable upon commencement of each term (3 terms per academic year). Tuition Fee for Nursery, Reception, Years 1 to 9 and EAL Years 7 to 9 includes books and some stationery.
  2. Technology Fee is for the acquisition and development of technology in school, to support the curriculum and enrich students’ experiences in learning.
  3. Cost of Uniform, Bus Services, CCAs, School Trips, Exam Fees and iPads are not included in the fees listed.

3% Rebate On Tuition Fee

Students of Garden International School, Kuala Lumpur will be given a 3% rebate on the Tuition Fees for Term 2 and Term 3; provided that the annual Tuition Fee is paid in full on or before the first day of Term 1. For new students joining the school, the annual tuition fee (for 3 full terms) must be paid on or before the commencement of study in Term 1.

Should a student leave the School during or within the Academic Year 2018/19; and provided that adequate written notice of withdrawal is served according to the terms and conditions governing withdrawal in the Enrolment Form, the prepaid Tuition Fee for the terms that the student will not be enrolled in will be refunded but the rebate granted at the beginning of academic year will be proportionately deducted from the prepaid Tuition Fee. For purpose of clarity, Tuition Fee paid in advance at the beginning of every term will not be pro-rated even if a child chooses to cease his studies or attend school in the middle of a term.

Registration Fee

Families will enjoy a discount on the published Registration Fee for their second and/or subsequent children’s admission in the Academic Year 2018/19 provided that the first child is a full fee paying student at the point of the sibling/s’ admission.  The second and/or subsequent children must be on the fee structure as stated on this Fee Schedule and are not currently on any other discount or scholarship on the Registration Fee.

The discounts are as follows:  2nd child at 30% discount,  3rd child at 50% discount,  4th and subsequent child at 75% discount.

Tuition Fee

Families will enjoy 5% Discount on the termly Tuition Fee for their third and subsequent children provided that the first two children are full paying students in the same term. The third and subsequent children are on the fee structure as stated on this Fee Schedule and are not currently on any other discount or scholarship on the Tuition Fee.

Deposit is refundable provided one term’s written notice of withdrawal is given in advance. The said notice must be received and acknowledged by the Admissions Office on or prior to the commencement of the term the student will be withdrawn; failing which the deposit paid shall be forfeited.   1. A bank transfer may be made to the School’s bank account. Please ensure you or your bank provide as much information as possible in order to enable us to identify your fund transfer. Please include details of the payment, your name, your children’s full names, their tutor group (if available), their student number (if available) and invoice number (if available).
  2. For overseas transfer, please include additional amount in view of foreign exchange and bank charges. These are borne by the Sender.
