An equivalent of one term’s tuition fee is required as deposit. The amount is to be upgraded as tuition fees increase according to year level. It is refundable provided one term’s written notice of withdrawal is given in advance while the student is in school. 3% Rebate On Tuition Fee
Effective August 2016, students of Garden International School, Kuala Lumpur and Kuantan will be given a 3% rebate on the Tuition Fees for Term 2 and Term 3; provided that the annual published Tuition Fee is paid in full on or before 16 August 2016. Should a student leave the School during or within the Academic Year 2016/17; and provided that adequate written notice of withdrawal is served according to the terms and conditions governing withdrawal in the Enrolment Form, the prepaid Tuition Fee for the terms that the student will not be enrolled in will be refunded but the rebate granted at the beginning of academic year will be proportionately deducted from the prepaid Tuition Fee. For purpose of clarity, Tuition Fee paid in advance at the beginning of every term will not be pro-rated even if a child chooses to cease his studies or attend school in the middle of a term.

50% Discount On Registration Fee
Families enrolling their third and subsequent children to Garden International School, Kuala Lumpur or Kuantan will be entitled to a 50% discount on the published registration fee for the child who has been offered a place. This is applicable only for admission in the Academic Year 2016/17 and the first two children are full fee paying students in the same campus as the third and subsequent children in the Academic Year 2016/17. The third and subsequent children are on the fee structure as stated on this fee schedule and are not currently on any other discount or scholarship on the tuition fee.

5% Discount On Tuition Fee
Families will enjoy 5% discount on the published tuition fee for their third and subsequent children at Garden International School, Kuala Lumpur and Kuantan. The first two children should be full fee paying students in the same campus as the third and subsequent children. The third and subsequent children are on the fee structure as stated on this fee schedule and are not currently on any other discount or scholarship on the tuition fee.

Cheque or Banker’s Draft should be drawn from a bank in Malaysia. No alterations are allowed on a cheque and please remember to sign it. All cheques or Banker’s Drafts are to be made payable in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) to “GARDEN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SDN BHD”

  1. A bank transfer may be made to the School’s bank account. Please ensure you or your bank provide as much information as possible in order to enable us to identify your fund transfer. Please include details of the payment, your name, your children’s full names, their tutor group (if available), their student number (if available) and invoice number (if available).
  2. For overseas transfer, please include additional amount in view of foreign exchange and bank charges. These are borne by the Sender.
  3. A copy of the bank transfer report must be forwarded to the School’s Fee Collection office via email : admissions@gardenschool.edu.my.

We do not encourage cash payments for security reasons. Upon obtaining cash from the bank, you may request for a Banker’s Draft. Nonetheless, if unavoidable, please pay at the School’s Fee Collection office. It is open on Mondays to Fridays from 7.30am to 4.30pm.
